haha. I am not even on the list of citizens for Vagabond's Rest, I have no house there, but every week I get money taken off.

You sure you lose money? I can guarantee that Snikool gets the mail saying that Income Tax was taken, but it wasn't. I think its because they turned all that maintenance crap off, which means the city maintenance system never updated that you changed residence, so the mail system still reads you are a citizen and send the mail.
