Fort Oasis- Almost a metropolis

Just wanted to let everyone know that Fort Oasis is almost a metropolis with 77 citizens (need 8 more). Once we become a metro, we will gain more land to build in for future members. Please note that if the city cap is reached for metro cities, we may not be able to advance; however, once another city drops, we can gain a rank (just like when we were stuck at level 3, and couldnt advance).

grats lexx. those of us who have been around fort oasis for awhile know how much hard work you've done making our city such a great place. its no small task to get and KEEP that many people in a city. we're all proud of you and appreciate your hard work.

Thanks, but it'd be foolish of me to say that I pulled it off alone
