New RID Rule in place

A new rule is being set in place for RID, and Fort Oasis itself. It has come to my attention that those blue blips on the radar carrying weapons, are using their arsenal for targeted attacks against our beloved city.

As a result, a new rule is being set in place. Anyone who is seen as a blue dot on the radar (which means they are either Rebels or neutrals) are forbiden to carry any type of weapon withen Fort Oasis boundries. Weapon permits will be crafted and sold for 10k to anyone who wants to use a weapon in our city. Any Imperial and RID is allowed to use weapons withen Fort Oasis. However, neutrals can contact me for a license to use weapons in Fort Oasis. Whenever I ask to remove their weapon, they may show me the weapons permit (which will have my name is the item creator), and I will let them carry it.

Rebels who we know will not use weapons in Fort Oasis may contact me to purchase a permit. Although, Rebel permit prices may be higher. If you land in Fort Oasis with a weapon, anyone withen RID is required to ask them to remove their weapon if they do not have a permit. If they refuse, they are to be seen as a threat. After 3 warning (warning them that they may be city-banned as a result), then the person carrying the weapon will be city-banned.
