A new additions to the ICOS Network!

I'm proud to announce the addition of a new city into our ICOS Network, named "ICOS Dhete." The city is registred and is located due south of Theed. Apparently this city was formerly known as Gank, and became a city of ICOS without me even requesting it

I plan to speak to the mayor more about ICOS information and so on later. As it stands, the following cities are officialy with ICOS:

ICOS Fort Oasis
ICOS Dheet
Nar Shadaa (Has a city-decoration stating their allegiance with ICOS)

There are also two other cities presumably with ICOS, yet I lost contact with their mayors. These cities include:

Sintari
A Europa city on Lok (Name not clarified)

There is also another city on Lok which is considering joining our Network, the mayor is Legundon.
