RE Suit

There is currently a full maxed out RE suit sitting in the basement of my house in Sarlacc City. It is purple/white padded armour with matching belt and shirt. I believe my jewelry is also there. I would like an RID member who is looking to become a serious REer to have the suit. The only restriction is that whomever takes the suit must give back at least 3/4 of the current market value of the suit to RID in either the form of credits or bits.
Lexx currently has rights to everything in my house, although I do not think he has any plans to remove anything. I would like either Bovive or Lexx to take the suit from my house before the pending housing purge and keep it until a suitable candidate is found. Also, either of you may take anything else you want from the house. There are high quality architect resources and components that one could use to make near capped and capped crafting stations and harvesters. I don't think my crafter was wearing her architect suit at the time of my departure, so you are free to take that also.
Note to Lexx: Please give Bovive admin rights to the house. I am positive he will be able to identify the items of value (Rett already took my decor and combat items).
Note to Bovive: You can use the items in anyway you deem fit and you may declare any rules governing their distribution. I just want the items to lead to someone helping RID, whether it Czerka or someone else.
I think that covers everything.

Thanks for the heads up Apium. Tenvik and Lexx both expressed interest at one point about doing some RE. I'm not sure where the house is or if I am on admin.Sure you dont want us to add some maintenance to the house?

Someone may need to add some maintenance. I'm pretty sure the house was owned by my medic and I never kept very much money on him. The house is a Tatooine guild hall about 200m to the left when you are facing the terminal side of the shuttleport, but Lexx will have to give you admin rights first. Once everything of value is removed from the house, it really doesn't matter about maintenance. I don't think I will be back to SWG again. I'm playing WoW now and I'm looking at Darkfall Online and of course SWTOR.

Your best option would be to leave the suit in the mall, and let anyone on admin RE using it, then put it back when done. That way, the entire guild would have an RE suit.

That is a good idea. REing isn't really like crafting, it doesn't take large stockpiles of resources. Anyone can come up with the resources pretty easily. It's fine with me if Bovive or Lexx want to do it that way.

I like the idea of having a community RE house for the RE traders. I have one, and that's all I use him for. However I don't have a suit for him, so if y'all could add him to the admin list I would appreciate it. His name is Monnit.
I would also be willing to do some REing for the guild. I would like to setup a vendor where people could drop off statted clothing and junk that they want to contribute. Then when I have time I could go and grind some of these bits up +35 and leave them in a container. I'm sure Lexx or whomever is in charge of commerce could decide who these bits would go to and I could make them into SEAs. The biggest boon would be the junk - sometimes getting the right junk for certain mods turns out to be a bigger pain than you would imagine.
My only stipulation is that I need to finish my own suit for my main (Vincen), but I have a big stockpile of bits and clothing I could probably use for that.
Anyway if some other RE'ers want to follow this system as well, and then we just jump in at different times and pull from the vendor we could get some good stuff pumped out.
Food for thought.

I have more statted loot than I know what to do with. Those Nightsisters are dropping +22 or better loot left and right. Let me know if you need some. Community suit would be nice, I have no problem with that. I just hope it gets some active use. Also if anyone wants to get into RE and run a script to do it (saves the mind numbing point and click of doing it), I can hook u up.

I've never actually made a +35 attachment. I've heard that it takes lots of junk, crates of cheap armor and the fortitude of a Bantha... Oh and a good RE sut. My armor on my medic is all +26 and below. No point of RE it over and over again if the values never go up, hence the need for the suit.

It depends on what type of trader you are. Takes a TON of junk loot items, statted clothing, 3+ multi-stat clothing, socketed clothing/armor/weapons (depending on your trader type). For armorsmiths I find mabari belts the easiest to make and very cheap. I run about 1000 of them and that will last me about a suit and a half of 35s. About the same with modifier bits (two stacks of 1000). You will also want clothing, weapon, and armor RE PuPs, Fizz Pudding, Shard of Retaliation if you can get it, and preferably the RE Arm that is rewarded from the sampling collection (last i checked, still broke and has been since Chapter 11). So it may not be possible to get the RE arm unless you buy it, but for 45 mil I did it myself. Most importantly though it takes patience, patience and more patience. I would say for a full suit of 35s (and this is after you get your groove down) it will take you about 3 hours to make em if you do it at the keyboard. There are some afk stuff you can do, but takes more setup and a bit of script knowledge.
