R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

Hey guys, if you have placed an order with me and I haven't gotten it to you yet, I may have some bad news. Today while getting ready to move some houses around, I put ALL of my resources on my storage vendor. I packed up the vendors in that house, but when I got to the new location, that vendor was not in my datapad. I've submitted a CSR ticket, but I'm not sure what they would be able to do, since it seems that I probably hit the friggin' "Remove Vendor" instead of the "Pack Vendor" button.

So if you have an order in with me, it may be a bit before I can work on it. Arev's Speeder order is in my factory already, so that order is done. Other than that, losing 120,000,000+ units of resources (yes, 120 million at least) has put a bit of a damper on my crafting. (along with most of my decorations and rares and quite a few vet rewards)

*Update 2* Well, I got another response, this time from a senior GM Volom...seems he can't locate the vendor, or find where it was deleted. He is forwarding it on to a Developer to see if they can figure out where it is at. They said they would keep me updated.
p.s. How did THEY lose the vendor too? lmao

Update:

CSR logged on to my account and saw 2 vendors in my datapad and told me everything was okiedokie and closed my ticket. I logged on to check and it was 2 other vendors I had picked up from the same house. Guy didn't look at the name of the vendor on the ticket. Soooooo, I've had to resubmit ANOTHER ticket. Guess it's a waiting game now on if I get a CSR that knows how to friggin' read.
