Getting rid of Tat Guildhall

Hey guys, once I get everything packed up in it (and the server comes back up hehe) I will be taking down my Tat GH. If anyone is interested in either it or a Corellian GH, shoot me an offer on it. Neither will have any remaining maintenance on them (you can remove maintenance on GH's), so that makes things easier. Post here or shoot me a /tell or mail ingame if interested. This isn't an auction, once I see a price that I think is fair that person gets it. Thanks in advance!

If you don't get an offer, I can put it up on my structure deeds vendor and then send you the credits when it sells. Trying to keep that vendor stocked (even if it is with old deeds and other people's items.)
