R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

I heard from one person that these are uncraftable, but will be okay in the next publish, I heard from another I will have tow ait a long time to get them crafted, and finally I heard from one last person they can be currently crafted.

What is the deal with looted schems? I have a whole bag full of them waiting to be crafted.

There are few a that can't be crafted. I believe anything dealing with camping, tents, campfires etc is uncraftable. Everything else should be craftable.
