I only know one vendor Natejay, who will have anything on your list, that is number 1 and it will run u 25 million.

I can help you with the nym's I have a few.

#3 will cost anywhere from 300 to 500 million.

#4 are prized loot from the new instances, you just plain will not find them, but if you do, expect the 100-200 million range.
