The CU was awsome if you were already a two master combat prof person. It sucked for the rest of the galaxy.

And seeing as how I was a crafter for over a year and a half, you can understand my discontent with the CU. Oh well, maybe SWG2 will be more promising... (assuming we get a SWG2)

I thought the CU was great, although I think it shoulda have been thouroughly tested, and then brought into live piece by piece. If you bring the CU into live as a whole, it becomes a shock to most people due to the great change.

It's just one of those things you either like or you dont like. But it's important to remember that players have been pushing for a combat balance for months, and then when it finnally came they wanted it gone :lol:

I do agree it messed up people like docs, and crafters. Especially entertainers became pointless.

agreed, the CU was an awsome patch, fixed alot of the combat issues. Though it brought it's own issues as well. SOE kind of overlooked crafters and such though, alot of that stuff got messed up bad.

The CU is one of the best things thats happened to this game imho. Though the did screw up a few things here and there.

CU was the worst SWG publish I have experienced. :mrgreen:

Hehehe, you paying for my account???? lol Honestly, I had some personal problems with a few people in-game (and continuing to play just made things more difficult). And on top of that, being a college student ain't cheap. And if you think things were bad for me before, we got a letter in the mail a couple weeks ago saying I lost my one loan or scholarship or whatever because my parents make too much money (they were $3k over the limit, such BS!).

Fall semester is really going to suck.... The good news is, I managed to schedule Fridays off. That will be awesome!!!!! I'll be laughing my ass off while all you kiddies are stuck in class!!!!! AAAAAAHAHAHAHA!!!! lol

OK, I'm done... lol

Another reason I quit SWG is too much changed. I didn't even stick around for the CU and I'm glad I didn't from what I've heard. Oh well, you all are still stuck with me here!!! lol

I believe it goes like this... but I may not have it 100%. Fingolfin was leader of DM, Kurke was mayor of Nar Shadaa, Zrinity as Commander of Combat Support in DM.

I think Fingolfin simply left because he was frusterated with leading DM and playing SWG itself. Then Zrinity had to leave because she couldnt support her account, then I believe Kurke cancelled his account because of those reasons.

What happen to kurke, fingolfin, and zrinity? Just been wondering. Was talking to bothola earlier and he said something about kurkes account expiring. Dont know about fingolfin tho. And wat happend to zrinity? Anyone know?
