This is Lexx Yovel, but I am not logged in. I am testing guest settings again.

Currently, even non-registered people can post on this particular forum (RID Discussion only). However, they have limited abilities (IE: Cannot post smilies, flash, create polls, etc, etc).

This is a step towards making forums more accesable to new members, particularly new applicants.

However, if problems ever arise, I will remove this ability.
