In addition to the changes I spoke of in this post...

I removed the RID Recruit forums. All posts that it contained have been moved to the RID Discussion forum. The RID Discussion forum can also serve the purpose of new RID's introducing themselves. The reason I did this was lack of use for the RID Recruit forum, and the fact that guests can no longer post anyways.
The RID Roleplay forum has also been moved to the public section. This is to allow non-RID's to register for the public forums and post in character stories about themselves.
